Terry Loney


Mr. Loney has been actively involved in exploration mining business for over 30 years. He is currently the President of Klondike Bay Resources for 31 years with a focus on property acquisitions, exploration, property development, consulting and research of past mining activities. He is also the President and CEO of Northern Skye Resources, a Canadian based exploration company with properties in Ontario, Quebec and Newfoundland. Director and Vice president of Mag Copper. Director Golden Bridge Developements . Special advisor to Great Lakes Graphite and DNI Metals. Throughout his career Mr. Loney has been an active member of the Prospector Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) and Ontario Prospector’s Association (OPA) and currently serves on the Board of Directors of both organizations. In addition, Mr. Loney has extensive experience in First Nations consultation and negotiation.

Dan Weir


Mr. Weir has spent 18 years working on Bay Street at some of the top financial firms. Most of his career has been spent financing mining companies and projects. He has raised tens of millions of dollars for various companies, both public and privately. He has served on boards of mining companies, currently on the board of Mag Copper. He is a expert at evaluating and financing mining deals. He is currently President and CEO of DNI Metals Inc.

Ron Wortel


Mr. Wortel is a professional engineer with experience in both the technical and financial business fields. He holds a Geological Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo –1987 and became a licensed professional in 1989. The technical part of his career was as a project consulting engineer with the global firm Golder Associates, based in Toronto, Canada. The project work covered diverse types of assignments including geotechnical investigations, environmental assessments, civil construction and mineral exploration throughout North America.

Mr. Wortel left Golder in 1994 to attend the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario in London. Ron also completed an exchange term at the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University in the Netherlands. Upon receiving his MBA, in finance and international business, Ron entered the financial world with an analyst position at a bank owned brokerage firm, LBG. Ron continued the financial analyst work with several other investment banks in Toronto. In 1996 Ron joined Pathway Asset Management as their Executive VP in Mining Finance. The Pathway Group provided flow through funding to mining and oil and gas exploration companies in Canada. The Group raised over $1 Billion in funding before being sold to Marquest Asset Management in 2012 where Ron joined their team. More recently Ron is acting as an independent consultant providing investment analysis and project evaluation for his clients.

Kyle Loney


Mr. Loney brings over 10 years of project management experience to the team. Kyle owns and operates two mining specific companies. Wolf Mountain Exploration offers services that range from channel sampling, stripping, clearing, line cutting, permitting, and surface geophysics, to Complete program design and management. Wolf Mountain Diamond Drilling offers low environmental impact, high efficiency diamond drilling services. Wolf Mountain has staff with over 50 years of experience in mining, logistics and program implementation.
